We need a sustainable way of thinking about leadership – the individual mental model that has predominated leadership thinking for centuries has resulted in a leadership culture that ill equips us for the challenges of our age. Our vision is to help companies move leadership beyond management.

Our mission is to expand the pool of people involved in the process of leadership. In particular, we seek to accelerate leadership development and deepen the capacity for genuine change. We are dedicated to the creation of theory and practical methods (tools) that are integrative – bring together the extraordinary work that has been written on the subject of leadership but divided into sub fields.

We deliver our service to clients through consulting on the creation of leadership development programs, the implementation of these programs, and executive coaching to help companies develop sustainable leadership systems.
