We offer two easy solutions for bringing Crucial Skills Training into your organization:

1. External Trainers: We come to your organization to deliver the two-day workshops.
2. Internal Training: If you crave the flexibility and convenience of in-house training, we certify your internal trainers for training delivery. Internal certification creates delivery flexibility with options like half-day lessons or two-hour segments. The costs are far less than creating your own program or paying external delivery fees, and you gain internal coaching expertise.

Customization—We can customize or help you customize the training content to meet pressing needs by using your insight into the organization’s internal challenges and strategies.
